Re-issue of Treasury Shares

17 November 2023

Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 17 November 2023 it transferred 38,466 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's UK and ROI Savings Related Share Option Schemes.

Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company has reduced from 13,288,387 to 13,249,921. The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is now 112,070,454.
