Re-issue of Treasury Shares

Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 22 May 2024 it transferred 10,909 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (2015).
Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is reduced from 17,624,414 to 17,613,505 and the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 107,706,870.
