Oriole Resources, the AIM-quoted exploration company focused on West Africa, announces that copies of its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2019, together with a Form of Proxy, will be posted to its shareholders on or before 23 April 2020.  The Annual Report is available on the Company's website.

As previously announced, the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 1.00pm on 26 May 2020 at its offices located at Wessex House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9FD. As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak and the current Stay at Home advice from the UK Government, the Company encourages all shareholders to vote using the Form of Proxy in advance of the meeting date, and not to attend the meeting in person, in order to ensure adherence to the UK Government's social distancing guidelines. The AGM will observe the legal requirements and the Company will ensure that the meeting is quorate.

The Directors believe that the passing of the Resolutions are in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders and therefore, the Directors unanimously recommend that the shareholders vote in favour of the Resolutions, as they intend to do in respect of their own shareholdings.

In order to assist with voting, and in the likely absence of a question and answer ('Q&A') session during the AGM, the Directors will provide a pre-recorded online presentation on or around 18 May 2020, which will include a Q&A session. Please submit any questions you have to [e-mail] , by 8 May 2020 so they can be incorporated into the Q&A session.
