Orkla will report first quarter 2010 results on Wednesday, 5 May 2010 at 7.00
a.m. CET.

A presentation of the first quarter results will be held at 8.00 a.m. in Oslo
Concerthall (Munkedamsveien 14). The presentation and subsequent Q&A session
will be simultaneously translated to English. Both the presentation and the
Q&A-session will be webcast at www.orkla.com.
