Orkla ASA - obligasjonsemisjon og tilbakekjøp ...
Det vises til melding av 30. mars 2009. Orkla ASA melder om følgende
emisjonsvolum i nye obligasjonslån med 5 års løpetid:
ISIN NO 001 050290.9 (fast rente) : NOK 1.250.000.000
ISIN NO 001 050291.7 (FRN): NOK 400.000.000
LÃ¥nene er emittert under selskapets nylig oppdaterte EMTN-program, og
har innbetalingsdato 22. april 2009.
I forbindelse med ovennevnte emisjon tilbød Orkla ASA, via
tilretteleggerne DnB NOR Markets og Nordea Markets, samtidig
tilbakekjøp av ORK02 og ELK15 i bytte med tegning i de nye lånene.
Følgende volum er kjøpt tilbake:
ORK02: null
ELK15: NOK 322.500.000
