Ormonde Mining plc announces today that it is posting its 2007 Annual
Report and  Accounts to  shareholders. A  copy of  the document  will
shortly be available at the Company's website  www.ormondemining.com.
The Company's  annual general  meeting  will be  held at  the  Conrad
Hotel, Dublin, at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 12 June 2008.
