holdings in the share capital of Ormonde Mining Plc to 5.55%. This is a result
of its subsidiary, J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management (UK) Limited, in its
capacity as discretionary investment manager for various funds (which includes
the discretion to exercise voting rights), increasing its interests in the
Company.
