Rule 2.10 Announcement - Relevant Securities in Issue

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Irish Takeover Panel Act, 1997, Takeover Rules 2007 (as amended), Ormonde Mining plc (the "Company") confirms that, as of the date hereof, its issued share capital is comprised of 398,494,402 ordinary shares of €0.025 each (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares are admitted to trading on the Enterprise Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange under the ISIN codeIE0006627891, with SEDOL code 0662789 and on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange under code ORM with SEDOL code B07J300.
