Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ('Oryx' or the 'Company')

Cancellation of Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that the 8,637 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ('Ordinary
Shares') which have been held by the Company pending their cancellation, have
now been cancelled.

Accordingly, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 24,820,102
Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary
Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the above figure of 24,820,102 may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
