Directors Shareholdings
Oryx International Growth Fund Limited was notified on 27 September 2007 that
following a purchase of 600,000 C shares of 50p each ('C Shares') at 102p per C
Share on 27 September 2007, Mr Nigel Cayzer, a Non-Executive Director, is now
the non-beneficial owner of 1,140,000 C Shares in the Company.
Additionally, the Company has been notified that on 27 September 2007, following
a disposal of 735,956 C Shares by North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment
Trust PLC('NASCIT') on 27 September 2007 and a disposal of 64,044 C Shares by
NASCIT on 28 September 2007, NASCIT is currently interested in 2,200,000 C
Shares.
