Notification of Shareholding
Oryx International Growth Fund Limited was notified on 11 October 2007, that
Chase Nominees Limited has an interest in 1,512,500 ordinary shares of 50p each
in Oryx ('Ordinary Shares'), held on behalf of the beneficial owner, Buttefield
Trust (Bermuda) Limited , and representing approximately 3.68% of the current
voting share capital of the Company. Following admission on 12 October 2007 of
the new Ordinary Shares, pursuant to the C Share conversion, this interest will
represent approximately 6.1% of the voting share capital of the Company.
