Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019, together with a circular containing the Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting .  The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 28 August 2019 at 10.00 a.m.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.  Additional copies of these documents will be available on the Company's website (www.oryxinternationalgrowthfund.co.uk) and may be also obtained on request from the Company's registered office.
