Previous Shareholding in WANdisco plc

 

 

The Directors of Oryx note that some databases (including Bloomberg) state that the Company owns 1,000,000 shares in WANdisco plc. Oryx was a shareholder for a brief period of time but sold its entire holding in May 2022. As such, it has no exposure to WANdisco plc and today's RNS announcement regarding WANdisco's suspension of trading will have no impact on the Company.
