Transaction in Own Shares

Pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 27 August 2021 to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares"), the Company announces that it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares.

Volume weighted average price paid per share:	GBP16.3769

Following the purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 14,021,750 Ordinary Shares with voting rights of one vote per Ordinary Share held.  This figure is the total number of voting rights and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
