Update of Investment Restrictions

As set out in the prospectus published by Oryx International Growth Fund Limited on 7 January 2007 the Company's investment restrictions therein include the following restriction with regard to the requirements of the UK Listing Authority and investments in other listed investment companies.

"the Company will not:

(h)        invest more than 5 per cent of its assets in units of unit trusts or shares or other forms of participation in managed open-ended investment vehicles."

Further to shareholder feedback the Board wishes to clarify that in addition to the above restriction, the Company will not invest more than 15 per cent in aggregate of the Company's Gross Assets in other investment funds, notwithstanding whether or not such funds have stated policies to invest no more than 15 per cent of their gross assets in other listed closed-ended investment funds.
