Voting Rights and Capital


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of the following:

10,671,086 Ordinary Shares with voting rights
27,566,821 C Ordinary Shares with voting rights


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 38,237,907.


The above figure of 38,237,907 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
