Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Osirium Technologies plc (AIM: OSI.L), a UK based cyber-security software provider, today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 14 months ended 31 December 2016 together with the Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") and Form of Proxy, have been posted to shareholders. Copies are also available on the Company's website www.osirium.com

The AGM will be held at 11:00am on 1 June 2017 at Panmure Gordon's offices, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF.
