Attendance at InfoSec Europe 2023
Osirium Technologies plc (AIM: OSI), a leading vendor of cloud-based cybersecurity and IT automation software, is pleased to confirm its attendance at InfoSec Europe 2023, and confirms the receipt of its R&D tax credit claim for the financial year 2022 ("FY 2022").
Taking place from 20 to 22 June 2023 at the ExCel in London, InfoSecurity Europe is the largest gathering of the cybersecurity industry in Europe, attracting senior buyers from across the continent and informing their key investment decisions. At the event, Osirium will be exhibiting and presenting.
Alongside digital marketing activities, trade shows form a key element of the Group's marketing strategy, enabling Osirium to engage with IT professionals from across Europe and beyond and generate new leads.
The Group is also pleased to confirm, further to the AGM statement announced on 9 May 2023, that it received a tax credit totalling £640k from His Majesty's Revenue and Customs in relation to a research and development tax claim in H1 2023 for FY 2022 as anticipated, contributing positively to the Group's cash position.
