Ovoca Gold plc, the AIM and IEX listed (OVG/OVX) precious metals explorer in
Russia and Sweden, announces that at the Annual General Meeting in Dublin today
that all the motions put to the meeting were passed.



The meeting also voted to change the name of the Company to Ovoca Gold plc, to
reflect the current operations of the Company.
