Ovoca Resources plc (Ovg.i Dublin : Ovg. I London) announces that the Company
has been informed on 13 April 2005 by Pershing Nominees International Limited
that, for operational reasons, they have consolidated a number of their client
accounts. As at close of business on 11th April 2005, they held 7,750,183
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 92 underlying clients.  This
holding amounted to 14.296% of the issued capital of the Company.
