Ovoca Gold Plc. ("Ovoca" or the "Company") was notified that on 29 January 2010, Mr. Timothy McCutcheon acquired 200,000 shares in the capital of Ovoca at 18.75p per share. Following this acquisition, Mr. McCutcheon's interest in the share capital of the Company is 200,000 ordinary shares, or 0.23% of Ovoca's issued share capital.
