Ovoca Resources PLC has to-day applied to the Irish Stock Exchange for
permission for 4,296,520 New Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.025 each in the
Company ("New Ordinary Share") to be admitted to dealing on the Exploration
Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. 3,796,520 ordinary shares have
been allotted pursuant to the placing announced on 1 March 2004 and 500,000
ordinary shares have been allotted pursuant to the settlement of certain
liabilities in connection with the procurement of licence opportunities. These
New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission is expected to become effective and dealings expected to commence in
these shares on 5 March 2004.
