OVOCA ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN BOARD
Ovoca Resources PLC (quoted in Dublin Ovg.i and London Ovg.l ) wishes to
announce the resignation from it's Board today of Mr. Jeremy Martin, who was the
nominee of Minmet plc.
Mr. Richard O'Shea, CEO, conveyed his thanks to Mr. Martin who played a large
part in Ovoca's major advance on the exploration front in Sweden over the last
year. Ovoca now plans to build on this sound foundation in Sweden. In addition
the current acquisition of Norplat Limited, will see Ovoca further expand it's
gold exploration into the Kola Peninsula in Northern Russia.
