Ovoca wishes to announce that the resolution seeking shareholder approval for the disposal of Olcha, which was proposed at today's Extraordinary General Meeting held in Dublin, was duly passed. The full text of the resolution was set out in the circular sent to shareholders dated 28 December 2012.
