                              Additional Listing


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for the admission of 102,900 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each to
trading on the Official List.


Application will also be made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock
Exchange for a Block Listing of 17,383,143 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in
the Company to be admitted to the Official List. The shares to be issued are
in respect of the Company's share option schemes. Admission is expected to
become effective on 9 May 2001.


The shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary share capital of the company.


Following admission the number of shares in issue of the Company will be
254,820,259.
