Director Dealings / Market Share Purchase

 

Oxford, UK - 25 October 2016: Oxford BioMedica plc ("Oxford BioMedica" or "the Group") (LSE: OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy group, discloses that Dr Lorenzo Tallarigo, Chairman of the Group, on Tuesday, 25 October 2016, acquired ordinary shares in the Group as set out below, under the market share purchase agreement outlined in the Group's announcement on 15 December 2015.

 

Under the market share purchase agreement, one-third of Dr Tallarigo's fees as Chairman, after tax, are to be used to purchase shares in Oxford BioMedica PLC on a monthly basis at the prevailing market price.
