                             Director Shareholding



The Company was today informed that Mr Charles Kingsman, son of Mr Alan
Kingsman, a director of the Company, today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 0.04 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company, at 11p. Following this transaction, Mr Alan
Kingsman's beneficial interest is 17,032,590 Ordinary Shares, which represents
approximately 7.13 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
