(1)  These  options were granted on condition of Paul Durrands
     becoming  an  employee  of  the  Company.   This   became
     effective on Tuesday 21 March 2000.

The  above  options  have all been granted  under  the  Oxford
BioMedica  1996 (1) Share Option Scheme with the exception  of
those  referred to in note (1) above which have  been  granted
under the terms of an individual option contact.
