The Company was notified on 20 April 2006 by Calyon Corporate and Investment
Bank that following recent purchases, on 19 April 2006 Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Ltd had an interest in 48,708,932 Oxford BioMedica plc 1p ordinary
shares. This represents approximately 9.75% of the current issued share capital
of the Company.


These shares are registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Ltd. By virtue of section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, the
following companies also have an interest in the shares:


Credit Agricole SA

Calyon SA

Credit Agricole Cheuvreux SA

SAS Rue La Boetie



The Company was also notified on 20 April 2006 by Man Financial Limited that 
following recent sales, on 19 April 2006 Man Financial Limited had an interest 
in 17,094,597 Oxford BioMedica plc 1p ordinary shares, representing 
approximately 3.42% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
