business on 16 June 2005, acting through its business group and legal entities
listed below, UBS AG had an interest in 11,652,199 Oxford BioMedica plc 1p
ordinary shares.

This represents 3.10% of the presently issued share capital of the Company,
which stands at 375,841,175 shares.
