The Company was notified on 14 November 2005 by UBS AG ('UBS') that following a
recent sale, UBS no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.


In addition the Company was notified on 15 November 2005 by Man Financial
Limited ('Man') that following a recent purchase, funds managed by Man are
interested in a total of 22,961,902 of the Company's Ordinary Shares of 1p each,
representing 6.07 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
