Board change
Oxford Instruments plc, the advanced instruments company, announced today that
Richard Wakeling has resigned as a Non Executive Director of the Company,
following the completion of two, three year terms of office.
Nigel Keen, Chairman of Oxford Instruments plc, commented:
'Richard Wakeling has seen the Company through a difficult period in its
history and is leaving at a time when the benefits of the reorganisation
implemented nearly two years ago are beginning to show in the results. We are
grateful to Richard for his contribution to the turnaround and we wish him
well in the future.'
