Notification of the sale of 59 shares from Martin Lamaison, Director of Oxford
Instruments plc, was received today.
These dealings are in respect of non-beneficial share holdings by the Director
in his capacity as Trustee of the Oxford Instruments plc Share Participation
Scheme. The decision to deal was taken by the other Trustees of the Scheme
acting independently of the Director Trustee on the directions of the employees
entitled to the relevant shares under the Scheme.
