BOARD CHANGE
Oxford Instruments plc announces that Dr Andrew Mackintosh has today resigned as
a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
This announcement follows the Press Release dated 18 November 2004 where it was
disclosed that Dr Andrew Mackintosh had relinquished his duties as Chief
Executive.
