Property sale completed - Eynsham, UK
Oxford Instruments plc, the high technology tools and systems company, is
pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its vacant property at
Eynsham, UK. The property had become surplus to operating requirements following
an earlier restructuring of its Superconductivity Businesses.
At 31 March 2007 the property was held as an asset for sale with a carrying
value of £2.0m. The net proceeds of the sale are £2.5m.
