                               Additional Listing


Application has been made for 18,335 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's AIM market for listed securities ('Admission').


The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options.
Admission is expected to become effective on 4 July 2006.
