OXFORD MOLECULAR GROUP PLC
APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATORS, CHANGE OF NAME AND
CANCELLATION OF LISTING
The Board of Oxford Molecular Group PLC and the joint
liquidators, Jeremy Simon Spratt and Stephen Treharne of
KPMG, announce that, following shareholder approval at an
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on
Friday 22nd September, Oxford Molecular Group PLC has now
been placed into members' voluntary liquidation. The
Company also resolved to change its name to OM2000 PLC,
and this change is expected to become effective on
Monday, 25th September 2000.
As previously announced, de-listing of the Company's
shares, which was to be applied for on the passing of the
resolution to appoint liquidators, will take effect at
8:00 a.m. on Monday, 25th September 2000.
