                 Results presentation to analysts on 15 June 2006

OMG plc (the 'Company'), the leading supplier of motion capture and visual
geometry systems for life sciences, entertainment and engineering applications,
is pleased to announce that it has appointed Evolution Securities Limited ('
Evolution') as the Company's Nominated Adviser, with immediate effect. Evolution
already acts as the Company's brokers.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Financial Dynamics as
its Business Communications Advisers, with immediate effect.

The Company will be reporting interim results for the six months ended 31 March
2006 on Thursday 15 June 2006.  There will be an analyst presentation at the
