Notification of Changes in Shareholdings
OMG, the technology group providing image understanding products for the
entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries, announces that
on 31 March 2008 it was notified by Dr Julian Morris, a Director of the Company,
that on 31 March 2008 he gifted 150,000 OMG shares to Mrs Susan Duff, his
sister-in-law. Following this transaction, Dr Morris' interest in the Company
is 10,459,320 OMG shares, representing 16.42% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
The Company also announces that on 31 March 2008 it was notified by Mr Peter
Wharton, a Director of the Company, that on 28 March 2008 he transferred 100,000
OMG shares to his SIPP. Following this transaction, Mr Wharton's interest in
the Company is unchanged, 604,313 OMG shares, representing 0.95% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
