                              Directors' Dealings



The Company was notified on Friday 8 December that in response to institutional
investor demand for OMG shares, Julian Morris, a Director of the Company, sold
2,000,000 shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 44 pence per
share. His resultant interest in the Company is 11,109,320, which is 18.53 per
cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.


The Company was notified on Monday 11 December that Catherine Robertson, a
Director of the Company, has today sold 27,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of
45.25 pence per share. Her resultant interest in the Company is 1,278,366
shares, which is 2.13 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
