Director Shareholding

OMG was notified that Mrs Valerie Meddings, wife of Peter Meddings, a director
of the Company, today sold 57,407 ordinary shares at a price of 13.5 pence per
ordinary share. Mr Medding's beneficial holding in the Company is now 305,724
ordinary shares which represents 0.60% of the issued share capital.
