OMG plc ('OMG' or 'the Company')
Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified today that as part of a strategy to increase
institutional shareholding in the Company certain directors have sold a portion
of their share holdings in OMG, as follows:

Chris Steele 101,750 50,000 0.10%
All the above shares were sold for 20.0 pence per share.
Peter Meddings has exercised 500,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence
each in the Company under the Company's Oxford Metrics 2000 Enterprise
Management Incentives Scheme at an option price of 2.5975 pence per share to
facilitate the above trade.
An application will be made for the 500,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 18 December 2003.
