                              Notifiable Interest

The Company was notified on 3 January 2007 by Gartmore Investment Management
Limited that Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ('GFM'), Gartmore Investment Limited
('GIL') and Gartmore Global Partners ('GGP') have purchased 380,000 ordinary
shares of 0.25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company on 19 December
2006.

Following these transactions, GIL, GFM and GGP have a combined holding of
6,834,717 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.38 per cent of the
total issued share capital of the Company.
