OMG plc ('OMG' or 'the Company')
Exercise of Options
OMG announces today that certain directors and employees of the Company have
exercised options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under
the Company's share option schemes. The exercise price was 2.5975 pence per
share for all the transactions.
Details of the number of options exercised are as follows:
