OMG plc ('OMG' or 'the Company')
Issue of Equity
OMG announces that, today, it has issued and allotted, as additional
consideration pursuant to the acquisition of the business and assets of House of
Moves LLC, 965,927 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 21.25 pence per share (such price having been
agreed at the time of completion of the acquisition in May 2004).
OMG was notified, yesterday, that certain employees of the Company exercised
options over 19,999 Ordinary Shares under the OMG Plc 2003 Enterprise Management
Incentive Scheme. The exercise price was 6.5 pence per share. An employee also
exercised options over 40,000 Ordinary Shares under the Oxford Metrics Group
Limited 2000 Unapproved Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 0.25 pence
per share.
An application has been made for the 1,025,926 new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 23 December 2005.
