OMG plc (LSE: OMG), the technology group providing Computer Vision products and services for the entertainment, life science, engineering industries and consumer electronics markets, announces that notice of its 2016 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website at www.omgplc.com. 

The AGM will be held on 23 February 2016 at 2.00 p.m. at the offices of OMG plc, 4 Minns Business Park, West Way, Oxford, OX2 0JB.
