On behalf of our client OMG plc, we notify the London Stock Exchange that the
Company will be announcing its Preliminary Results for the year ended 30th
September, 2001, on Tuesday 4th December, 2001.

London EC2, on the day of the announcement at 09.00am. and there will also be
a press briefing at 10.30am.
