Notification of Preliminary Results announcement


OMG, a leading supplier of motion capture and visual geometry systems used for
medical, entertainment and engineering applications, announced today that the
Company will be announcing its Preliminary Results for the year ended 30
September 2003 on Thursday, 4 December 2003.

An analyst briefing will be held at 09.30 am and a press briefing at 11.00 am at
Buchanan Communications Ltd., 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN on Thursday, 4
December 2003.
