Transaction in Own Shares
22 October 2024 - Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG) the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing markets, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 11 October 2024 ("Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Numis Securities Limited.

Following the purchase and cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 131,026,947 with no shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company will therefore be 131,026,947. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
