Concorde is a leading travel organisation, with over A$ 1.7 billion in
turnover from operations in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada,
Vietnam and Europe.

certain regulatory approvals in Australia. Completion is expected in December
2000 following clearance of such approvals.

to A$ 70,200 (£25,500) on a turnover of A$ 6,100,000 (£2,220,000), and net
assets at that date were A$ 29,900 (£10,900).
Mark Jones, the Managing Director of OTC comments 'The acquisition of
Breakaway will enable us to strengthen this niche market aspect of our
business and to leverage our technology in new markets. The strategic alliance
with Concorde, the leading travel organisation in Australia, is an excellent
opportunity to build a valuable partnership and presence in this fast
expanding market.'
The joint Managing Director of the Concorde Group, Mr Eddy Baldacchino,
comments, 'We are excited to be joining with such an expert partner as OTC,
and view this investment as an extension of our core business of distributing
